Of course these are great sources of money, but are also crowded markets. Almost everybody that has internet heard about it, or even tried to work with some of these.

Even though it is a promising market, these options became a fever and while people has all the eyes up on it, some visionaries are making money with the real thing.

Yeah, there is much more seniors today than there were a few years ago. The medicine has evolved and people are living longer and healthier.

Access to information is greater than ever and right now we have thousands of senior searching on Google the best natural medicine, food benefits, different diets and habits.

Studies shows that the number of elderly people will still increase exponentially in the years to come. That means a whole new market to be explored.

There will be a huge demand to practicality and easiness.

Friendly labels that are easier to understand and with bigger letters will sell much more than the ones that don’t fit that criteria.

Old people want to feel independent and loved. They also want to feel confident and will relate with brands that really convey these feelings.

If you start right now with some product or service you’re going to have a big market to explore. But in 10 years you can multiply ‘big’ to 5. That’s some money to get.

LOGISTICS

We are living the marketplace era. Shop online is the new normal and the pandemic situation just speedup the process.

Extra fast delivery, same day delivery, free delivery, lots of airplanes and trucks running around… A giant gear that works to deliver faster and faster.

Each day we have more people buying online. And more people selling.

The two sides of the coin are getting bigger while the tiny middle, the logistic, is far from great.

What’s the next solution? Automatic drones? Self driving trucks? Nobody knows yet.

I have some friends making good money delivering packages with a simple old van. I know people that are making good money constructing warehouses.
